Blogmas #5: Gift Guide: For Him

Monday 5 December 2016

Christmas Gift Guide for Him
Blogmas day 5 and we have a Christmas gift guide for him! While the photo has specific items my gift guide will be more generalisations.

Alcohol
Always a good start find out what their favourite beverage is and buy them some cans or a bottle. It's Christmas why not splurge for the fancy alcohol it makes a good gift.

Body Sprays/Aftershaves
A standard gift for any guy be they your boyfriend, brother or father. After all who doesn't need a nice smelling aftershave? The stereotypical one being Lynx sprays. Boots and TK Maxx do some nice gift sets of this sort of thing around Christmas.

Sweet Treats
Always a good stocking filler! Could be chocolates could be toffees. Or that standard tin of quality street, chocolate always gets a good reception.

Books
Know someone who is an avid reader books make great stocking fillers aswell. If they're not that into fiction there are plenty of good non-fiction historical books of interest. Lets not forget the new Fantastic Beasts Screenplay is out now (everyone loves a bit of a magical read.)

Football Merchandise
Are they a fan of a specific football team? Besides buying them tickets to a football match there is plenty of merchandise you can purchase as gifts. Calendars, Books, Scarves, Key rings, Mugs and the list goes on.

DVD Boxsets
Buy them the boxset for their favourite TV show or a new programme you think they would enjoy.

Games
Card games make good stocking fillers or puzzles perfect for everyone to have a go at on Christmas Day. The Chase card game pictured is from Marks and Spencer's gift section.

Experience Days
Last but not least you could get them a voucher for a day out. Groupon and Wowcher have some great deals for things like paintballing, go karting, zookeeper experiences, football stadium tours etc. One of these vouchers would be a good and unusual kind of gift.

So that's my Christmas Gift Guide for Him. What would you include?

Thanks for Reading!
